This service uses long, gliding strokes, light to moderate pressure, and calming techniques to ease muscle tension. It is ideal for those seeking a relaxing experience rather than deep tissue work. By booking, you confirm that you understand this is a non-medical, therapeutic wellness service, and not intended to treat or diagnose medical conditions. Booking & Arrival: – Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. – Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and relaxation time. – First-time clients must complete a brief health intake form before the session. – Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and charged as a no-show. Cancellations & No-Shows: – You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. – Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. – For mobile appointments, if there is no answer within 5 minutes of arrival, the session is considered a no-show and will be charged in full. Health & Safety Policy: If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are recovering from illness, please reschedule your session. We reserve the right to decline services for health or safety reasons. Payment & Gratuity: Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is appreciated but never required. Privacy Notice: All personal and health information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to provide safe and personalized care. Your information will not be shared without written consent. Professional Conduct: Clients will be professionally draped throughout the session. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination and permanent dismissal from future bookings.
