Post-Op Lymphatic Massage – Booking Policy Service Duration: 1 Hour Type: Post-Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Consent & Disclaimer: Post-op MLD is a gentle, non-medical massage technique designed to reduce swelling and promote lymphatic flow after cosmetic or reconstructive surgery. This service does not include wound care, drain removal, or incision cleaning. By booking, you confirm that you have been cleared by your surgeon and understand this is a non-medical support service performed at your own discretion. Booking & Arrival: – Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. – Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and prep. – Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged as a no-show. – New clients must complete an intake and consent form before service. Cancellations & No-Shows: – Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. – Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. – For mobile services, if your therapist cannot reach you and there is no answer within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged in full. Health & Safety Policy: If you feel unwell, have a fever, or show signs of infection, please reschedule. Services may be declined if there is concern for your health or safety. Payment & Gratuity: Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is optional but appreciated. Privacy Notice: All health information and session details are confidential. Your information will never be shared without written consent and is used only to ensure safe, personalized care. Professional Standards: Proper draping will be maintained at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from future bookings.
