Manual Lymph Drainage & Massage – Booking Policy Service Duration: 1 Hour Type: Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Consent & Disclaimer: MLD is a gentle, non-medical technique to support lymphatic function and reduce swelling. This service does not include wound care, drain maintenance, or incision cleaning. If you have open wounds, signs of infection, or medical complications, please consult your physician prior to booking. By scheduling, you acknowledge that MLD is not a replacement for medical care and agree to proceed at your own discretion. Post-op clients must be cleared by their surgeon prior to receiving this service. Booking & Arrival: – Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. – Please arrive 15 minutes early. – Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be considered a no-show. – New clients must complete an intake form prior to service. Cancellations & No-Shows: – Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. – Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. – For mobile appointments, if the therapist cannot reach you and there is no answer within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, you will be charged in full. Health Policy: If you feel unwell, have a fever, or have tested positive for COVID-19 or any contagious illness, please reschedule. Services may be declined for health or safety reasons. Payment & Gratuity: Full payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Privacy: Your personal and health information is confidential and used only to provide safe, personalized care. We do not share your information without written consent. Professional Conduct: All clients will be properly draped at all times. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and denial of future services.
