LYMPHLO Contractor Agreement (Confidentiality + Non-Compete)

CONTRACTOR INFORMATION

AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

By completing this form, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding the use of the LYMPHLO technique, confidentiality, and contractor responsibilities.

This agreement protects LYMPHLO’s proprietary methods, client relationships, and business operations.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

As a LYMPHLO contractor, you will receive access to confidential and proprietary information, including:

• The LYMPHLO technique and all related methods

• Training protocols and procedures

• Client information and service processes

• Business systems, pricing, and operations

This information is strictly confidential.

NON-DISCLOSURE & NON-USE

You agree that you will NOT:

• Share, teach, or demonstrate the LYMPHLO technique outside of LYMPHLO

• Use the LYMPHLO technique for personal or outside business use

• Copy or distribute any training materials or processes

NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

During your time with LYMPHLO and for 12 months after your last appointment, you agree not to:

• Offer services using the LYMPHLO technique or similar methods derived from your training

• Work for or operate a competing business offering similar services

This applies within a 25-mile radius of any location where you performed services for LYMPHLO.

NON-SOLICITATION

For 12 months after your last appointment, you agree not to:

• Contact or solicit LYMPHLO clients

• Accept clients you serviced through LYMPHLO outside of the business

• Encourage clients to leave LYMPHLO

• Recruit LYMPHLO contractors or team members

CONSIDERATION (WHAT YOU RECEIVE)

In exchange for this agreement, you will receive:

• Access to the LYMPHLO technique and training

• Client bookings and income opportunities

• Access to business systems and processes

OWNERSHIP

All LYMPHLO techniques, materials, and processes remain the sole property of LYMPHLO.

You are not granted ownership or rights to use them outside of LYMPHLO.

TERMINATION TERMS

If your contractor relationship ends, you agree to:

• Stop using all LYMPHLO techniques immediately

• Return or destroy any materials provided

LEGAL ENFORCEMENT

Violation of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate termination

• Legal action

• Financial damages

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
